The hotel was really well situated. It was really right at the edge of all the hustle and bustle. I cannot being to express how presently surprised that i was that it was definitely quiet in the room. There is a big beautiful mosque across the street and even with the daily call to prayers, I only heard it very faintly in the room and i was facing the main street. The building in itself was taken care of and having the outdoor pool was definitely a plus. Although i knew what i was getting into, the rooms are rather small but that didn't bother me as I was only there to sleep at night. There a thousands of restaurants, street food, stores, pharmacies, mani, massage, shops, clinics in the surrounding.. It is almost impossible to go hungry, thirsty or walk around stressed. There is a shuttle that can bring you to the beach however I always preferred walking. About 15 minutes to get to the main Aonang beach, A bit under 30 minutes to get to the night market and then about 45 minutes to get to the Landmark night market. I would certainly consider staying here again especially at this reasonable rate.

The hotel, staff, and room completely met my expectations. My partner and I were looking for a quiet room, away from loud street noise or bars/ restaurants. We got exactly that at the Ibis Styles. We had a room facing the mosque, as others have mentioned you can hear the call to prayer. However, this did not bother us in the slightest, and only lasted a few minutes at a time. If noise is a concern for you, a room facing the mosque is likely more quiet than one facing the pool.

The pool is great. the location is at the top end of the main part of Ao Nang. It is close enough to walk down to the beach and far enough away from the noisy bars to be nice and quiet. I was travelling with a friend and interconnecting rooms were provided which was great. Plenty of restaurants etc within an easy walk.

Nice pool area and lovely views from the rooms - each room had a small balcony which is always nice to get fresh air and dry clothes/ togs etc. Staff really lovely and helpful. Drop off at the beach available 3x a day. Lots of restaurants, pharmacy's and shops all around the hotel.

They offer a shuttle service to and from the beach which was nice. The pool was lovely with good seating and towels available. The staff were kind and helpful.
